What this is

Walker’s Notary is an independent online study course that prepares you for the New York State notary public examination. We are not affiliated with the New York Department of State, and we do not administer the exam or issue commissions. Our content is education, not legal advice.

Your access

A purchase gives one person a lifetime license to use the platform on their own devices for personal exam preparation, including every future update, with no expiration date. Please don’t share your license key, resell access, or republish the material.

The guarantee

Pass or it’s free. The terms, in full:

  • Finish the course and score at least 80% on all three practice exams (the timed mock exams).
  • Take the New York State notary public exam within 90 days of your purchase.
  • If you do not pass, email a copy of your official state exam result to davainwalker1@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it.
  • We refund 100% of your purchase price within five business days. No store credit, no restocking fee, no other conditions.

The completion criteria keep the guarantee honest in both directions: they protect a student who did the work, and they ask that you actually do the work. “Finish the course” means every rule read, every checkpoint passed, and at least 80% on all three practice exams; your course dashboard shows this status the whole way. Outside those criteria, we still honor standard refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

No outcome promised beyond the guarantee

We built the platform to make passing likely, and the guarantee puts our money behind that. We cannot control the exam itself, which is administered by the State. Nothing here is a promise of a commission, of income as a notary, or of any specific result other than the refund described above.

Accuracy and updates

Every legal fact in the platform is verified against official New York sources and re-checked on a regular schedule. Laws change; when New York changes a rule, we update the material and your access includes those updates. If you spot something that looks out of date, tell us and we will check it.
