For teams and partners

Get your team commissioned as New York notaries.

One plain-English course, built for the New York exam only, by a working New York notary. Buy seats for the people who need to pass, and each one studies the exact material the state tests, not generic multi-state filler.

A real reply from the person who built it, not a sales queue.

Who keeps notaries on staff

If your office signs, verifies, or closes anything, you already know the cost of the one day nobody on the floor can notarize. These are the teams that get people commissioned on purpose:

  • Banks and credit unions
  • Title, escrow, and settlement offices
  • Law firms and legal departments
  • Real estate brokerages
  • Insurance and financial-services offices
  • HR and operations teams that notarize in-house

Why a New York course, and not general training

The New York exam is drawn from one source: the state’s Notary Public License Law booklet. It has its own fees, its own penalty rules, and a 2023 recordkeeping requirement that older and out-of-state guides skip entirely. A course that teaches all fifty states teaches your people answers New York marks wrong.

Walker’s Notary is built and taught by Davain Walker, a commissioned New York notary public and working loan signing agent since 2020, who took and passed this exam himself. It is the walkthrough he wishes someone had handed him, aimed well past the line test-takers report needing.

What every seat includes

  • The full plain-English course: every rule the New York exam tests, in short lessons anyone can follow after work.
  • A quiz after each unit and three full-length practice exams modeled on the real format.
  • Printable memory sheets for the fees, the numbers, and the definitions people forget under pressure.
  • An exam-day playbook and a walkthrough of the state application to file after they pass.
  • A clear green light for each person: it turns on only when their own scores say they are ready to book the exam.
  • Lifetime access with free updates whenever New York changes its rules.

Nobody guesses whether they are ready

The course pays attention to where each person actually slips. It brings back the exact topics and questions someone keeps missing, drills those first, and leaves alone the parts they already have down. When their scores hold up across all three practice exams, a green light turns on. That is the signal they are ready to book the state exam, not a hunch and not a manager asking.

For you, that means fewer paid attempts at the exam desk and a clear read on who is close and who needs another week.

Seats and pricing

A single seat is $79, one time, with lifetime access and free updates. No subscription and no monthly clock.

For a team, tell me how many people need to get commissioned and I will set up seats and a price that fits the size. The same guarantee rides on every seat.

Pass or it is free. Finish the course, score at least 80% on all three practice exams, then take the state exam within 90 days. If you don’t pass, send us your exam result and we’ll refund every penny. No hoops beyond that, no store credit games.
The guarantee on every seat, in plain terms.

Questions teams ask

How fast can someone get exam-ready?
Most people can work through the course in about two weeks around a full-time job. It is self-paced, so a motivated employee can move faster, and there is no class schedule to build around.
Do you handle the state application after they pass?
The course walks each person through the New York application process step by step after they pass the exam. Walker’s Notary does not file it for them; the state requires the applicant to apply and pay the state’s fee directly.
What about attorneys on staff?
New York attorneys are appointed as notaries without taking the exam, so they do not need the course to become notaries. It can still be a useful refresher on notary duties and the 2023 recordkeeping rule.
Is this specific to New York?
Yes, and only New York. Generic multi-state training teaches procedures New York does not use and hands people wrong answers with confidence. Every lesson maps to the state’s own Notary Public License Law booklet.
How does team pricing and billing work?
A single seat is $79, one time, with lifetime access. For a team, tell us how many people and we will set up seats and a price that fits the size. No subscription, and the same guarantee applies to every seat.
